Enable VPN Communication Across Subnets in Windows Firewall
Open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security
Navigate to "inbound rules"
Select "New Rule"
Select "Custom"
Then "All Programs"
OOn the following screen make no changes and click "Next"
In both radio boxes select "These IP addresses"
Then populate subnets as follows 
Then duplicate the following prompts
