Manually Provisioning a Polycom

Prerequisites
  1. Access to the Meridian Technical Services VoIP Cloud portal
  2. The user has ALREADY been created.
 
Phone Configuration Steps
  1.  Go to the GUI of the phone using the IP address, and log in using credentials
  2. Go to settings and click provisioning server from the drop-down list.

  1.  Set the server type to HTTPS and set the server address to the string found here
  2. Then set the Boot server to static
  3. Press SAVE at he bottom of the page

  1. Go back to settings, networking, and TLS

  1. Open up the TLS applications module
  2. Uncheck Provisioning, Sip, and LDAP

 Hit save, reboot the phone, and provisioning should now complete
